🛠 Brillion Wallet Release Notes - 05/02/24 💚

We’re excited to introduce several enhancements and fixes in this latest update to the Brillion wallet, aimed at providing you with a smoother and more reliable experience. Here’s what’s new 👇

🧑‍💻Enhancements and Fixes:
1. Smart Wallet Deployment on Polygon: We’ve addressed and thoroughly tested the Smart Wallet deployment and accessing flow on Polygon, ensuring stability even under high loads. Users will no longer experience looped states.
2. Social Login Features: Social login options including email and phone verification are now fully functional again. Users can seamlessly verify their accounts through phone verification codes.
3. Application Notification Center: Marking all notifications as read now correctly updates the badge on the notification bell icon, enhancing the visibility of unread notifications.
4. Vanguard Network Enhancements regarding balance Info and Selection: We’ve addressed an issue where the Brillion app displayed available assets as 0 on the Vanguard network. Your balance information will now be accurately reflected. Additionally, users can now conveniently select the Vanguard network at the beginning of app usage, providing ease of access for campaign users.
4. Transaction History: The transaction history section of the wallet now displays all relevant events. Previously, some transactions were not shown despite existing in Metamask.
5. Network Flow Fixes: Numerous fixes have been implemented regarding the network changing flow, resolving issues that previously led to failed calls.
6. Improved New User Experience: New users will no longer encounter issues with the app getting stuck in a loading state indefinitely. We’ve resolved this flow, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
7. MetaMask Wallet Message: Users with MetaMask wallets will now receive clearer messaging in cases where the wallet is reported as “unsupported.” This update aims to provide better guidance, especially for users with freshly created wallets.
8. Minor Features and Bug Fixes: We’ve implemented numerous other minor features and fixes to enhance overall functionality and user experience.

🔧Ongoing Work:
1. MetaMask Network Change Issue: We’re actively working on resolving an issue where changing the network in MetaMask while logging into Brillion causes login to stall with failing services. Expected resolution: 05/07/24.
2. Wallet Connect Feature: The Wallet Connect feature for login/signup is currently unavailable in the app. We’re working on enabling this feature. Expected resolution: 05/03/24.
