2. How long does it take to undergo the KYC process?

To undergo KYC in TIDV, there are six key steps:

- Connecting Wallet to TIDV
- Generating Encryption Key Pairs
- KYC Verification Process
- Providing Identification Documents and Liveliness Check
- Verifying Information and Amending Personal Details
- Submitting Verification, Downloading KYC Information, and the KYC Dashboard

3. Which browsers are supported?
👉 Google Chrome, FireFox and Brave are tested and work.

4. Can I wear my eyeglasses when taking a selfie?
👉 User are advised to remove eyeglasses when taking a selfie for better results. Lightening and focus are essential for a good result.

5. How do I know that my request for access has been approved?
👉 You will see a notification on fundrs.app when connected with your wallet.
