有一说一，作为 code editor 应该保持政治中立，认真的。
一直以来 Tesseract OCR 的 chi_sim, chi_tra 和 i18n 的地域码 zh_CN, zh_TW 等都没有把中文直接在命名上分出什么 Chinese, Taiwanese ，这不是辱华和中国政府的问题，这是不打引号的民族感情问题。
如果说台湾在政治上作为独立国家是国内的底线，我的底线是台湾和大陆不能实际上分裂开来，就因为内地的政治因素。

说到底，根本不应该存在什么 Taiwanese Mandarin ，那 HK 也是 Taiwanese ？ 就凭现在台湾能 same-sex marriage ？这应该改回来！

总体来看改的不多，大概就是一个文件重命名和 GUI text (language display name，这个还是蛮特殊的) 的修改

咳咳，是这样的。 installer 会多 delete 一个 taiwaneseMandarin.xml ，因为他把原来统一的一种语言翻译分割为两个文件了 不对，因为 Chinese 默认指 traditional 所以搞错了，我以为可以写在一起的。

所以到底就是重命名而已，模块分 NsInstaller 和 PowerEditor 两个。

Installer nsh 改了 LangString ， Npp nsh 里 UI entry + CopyFiles 里两个，最后完整安装流程也是有 DeleteFile 的

肯定是这个人写错了吧…… 仅仅是加了一行，没注意到根本不存在 chinese.xml 这个文件了……
