🇷🇺 Как вы могли заметить, в последнее время на сайте упоминалась программа на скорость атаки. Хочу кратко и максимально прозрачно пояснить, почему это появилось и с какой целью.
Сайт существует уже более 5 лет. За всё это время на нём никогда не было рекламы — ни баннеров, ни спонсоров, ни платных размещений. Сайт всегда был полностью без рекламы и не приносил никакого дохода.
При этом хостинг и техническое обслуживание обходятся примерно в 200 долларов в год, и эти расходы всё равно нужно покрывать. Я никогда не просил у сообщества донатов и ранее никак не монетизировал сайт.
Это решение было временным и принято исключительно для того, чтобы оплатить хостинг и дать сайту возможность продолжать работать и быть доступным для всех. Никаких долгосрочных планов по монетизации и превращению сайта в бизнес за этим не стоит.
Я понимаю, что кому-то такой подход может не понравиться — и это нормально. Мне было важно просто честно объяснить, почему так произошло.
Сайт всегда создавался для сообщества, и это не изменилось.
Надеюсь на ваше понимание.
🇬🇧 As some of you may have noticed, there was recently a mention of an attack speed program. I’d like to give a brief and transparent explanation of why this appeared and what the reason behind it is.
This website has been online for over 5 years. During all this time, it has never had any ads — no banners, no sponsors, no paid promotions. The site has always been completely ad-free and has never generated any income.
At the same time, hosting and technical maintenance cost around $200 per year, and those expenses still have to be covered. I have never asked the community for donations and never monetized the site in any form before.
This decision was made temporarily, purely to cover hosting costs so the site could continue to exist and remain available to everyone. There is no long-term monetization plan behind this and no intention to turn the site into a business.
I fully understand that this may not sit well with everyone, and that’s okay. I just wanted to be open and explain why this was done.
The site has always been made for the community, and that hasn’t changed.
I hope for your understanding.
