Just got out and see that venues here in Slovenia are now doing what I saw in Austria months ago, QR code scanning each customer before taking order. They don't even do that in Austria now, they just visually check in most places.

I can't fathom why anybody would think in any way that this is a successful vaccination program. It's like putting money into a bank and when you come back, your money is down 50%, but the bank staff smile and say your money is doing very well, and other customers get same issue, then everyone cheers for the bank.
