Basically says that coloured people and people of lower intelligence (red neck Republicans) are the one's not getting vaccinated, and it's best just to listen to their concerns, and eventually they will understand, they just take longer.

A big part of the reason for Fauci flip flopping away from truths spoken early, the avoidance of cheap therapeutics (and therefore vast needless deaths), censorship by big tech, and the push to vaccinate all.
