A trustworthy healer will:
• Practice humility and self-reflection.
• Keep their energy field clear through consistent discipline.
• Honor boundaries, never using fear or control.
• Encourage you to trust your own inner wisdom.
True healing is never forceful. It is the harmony that arises when skill meets ethics, and when intention is guided by integrity. The wise healer knows: the work is sacred, and sacredness requires discipline.
Walk with discernment. Seek those who embody both compassion and practice, for they will help you remember the wholeness you already carry.
