About My Detox Protocol Part 1

It has been a while since I last shared an update on my life since returning from the ashram. Many things have transpired since then. In time, I will share with those who have been following me and all of my endeavours.

One thing I understood is that one cannot neglect the physical vessel; all the realms must be integrated and balanced together. Unfortunately, most of the spiritual teachings revolve around negating the body and the mind, emphasizing the path to enlightenment. I found it is far more challenging to do so and stay in a particular frequency if the body isn’t in balance. It is also essential to bring awareness to the root of the imbalance in the body and address it in all other realms of existence. That is a separate subject which we will explore some other time.

One of the things I wanted to share is my protocols, which many have been asking about. Although the diet at the ashram was considered to be healthy (vegetarian), it was not as simple as I was used to, and my body couldn’t handle the drastic change and the variety of (beautiful) dishes that were generously offered. Not having access to the usual groceries that I was used to has affected my well-being during and after my departure from Costa Rica. Upon my return, I found myself with severe pain in my digestion, liver stagnancy, melasma on my skin, hair fallout that had indicated a severe imbalance, and, of course, an emotional imbalance I had to explore and address that was uprooted.

One important thing to note is that each one of us has been born into a particular system that has its diets and traditions. For example, I was born in a very cold country that required a particular type of diet to sustain my body. Our DNA structure is also dependent on our genetics and the genetics of our ancestors. Before starting any protocol or changing your diet, please consider your origin and traditions and taper off slowly, if necessary.

I started with a parasite detox using human-grade ivermectin. This was the most powerful cleanse I have ever experienced, yielding incredible results. One thing I was not told is that ivermectin kills all the bacteria in the gut, so although my body was cleansed, my digestion and liver were severely compromised.

It is thanks to my friends @drue86 and my dear friend, whom I (for now) will leave anonymous, that I was able to fix this dilemma not only physically but also energetically and emotionally.

I am not a doctor; all of the protocols I share here are strictly my own and should be evaluated for each individual scenario.
