I’m officially in my 5th decade on Earth! Full disclosure — some of the pics were .5 shots on the iPhone, so it does make my arms look wider & these were all taken after the workouts. 💪🏽😁

As the Higher Energy rises, the old metrics of ‘time’ is compressing so time will be flying faster and faster. Those that are not evolving or in resonance with New Earth or the higher timelines — will stay in the lower realms. The bifurcation of timelines are widening and the physical structures created by the old energy are all crashing hard. A year goes by quickly, but a year can change your life drastically — for better or worse, this is your FREE WILL choice. 

A year ago, I struggled to do even one pull-up. Today, I can do 5 sets of 10 pull-ups and 5 sets of dips. My body has completely transformed. I went from having a skinny-fat stoner dad bod to being able to hang with serious gym-goers.

I began working out two days a week for two hours, combining calisthenics, weight training, cardio, yoga, and primal flow. After the workout, I’d do a dry and steam sauna session, followed by a cold rinse. One year later, my weight dropped from 176 lbs to 159 lbs, my body fat percentage went from 19.2% to 13.8%, and my body fat mass dropped from 34 lbs to 22.6 lbs. Although my skeletal muscle mass shrunk slightly, I’m much stronger and leaner than ever before.

Remove poisonous ingredients, processed foods, dead fluoridated tap water or ice, alcohol, street, pharmaceutical or over-the-counter drugs, wifi emf radiation, and chemical-laden bathroom and hygiene products. Add in intermittent fasting, detoxing, sweating, physical movement, stretching, yoga, blood flow, meditation, breathwork, grounding, spine flexibility, cerebrospinal fluidity, qi gong, centering chakras, charging energy meridians, absorbing the aetheric ‘light and water’ codes, DNA and cellular activations, natural immersion, grounding and earthing, expanding the auric field, being in gratitude, blissfulness, activating inner child energy, being in a Love frequency, saying affirmations and prayers. Combine this with celibacy, semen retention, and you’re on the path to becoming superhuman.

This is what the matrix fears most: a sovereign, strong, healthy, and optimal-functioning body, which is key to manifesting, alchemizing, and navigating through quantum spacetime realities — someone who is completely UN-GOVERN-ABLE. ✨🙏🏽👁🤍✨

I know it’s been a rough weekend for many in the southeast & with the floods not just in the U.S., but many places around the world — with heavy destructive weather patterns.

The only thing that rises you above the harsh experiences of the lower 3rd & 4th density is raising your energetic signature, inner frequency & consciousness. Cleansing, clearing & charging your whole Being will allow you to strengthen your Auric Field to maintain in the Eye of the Storm — keeping you protected & safe. Stay close to God.

Tragedies force & teach US to LOVE & HELP one another. If Humans do this more frequently & voluntarily, these harsh lessons would no longer be needed.

We got this though! We’ve already reached critical mass. What is unfolding has been written. It’s simple — LOVE & HELP ONE ANOTHER & by quantum entanglement, it ripples into the collective. And so it is!

Our reality is becoming unheard & unseen of. The devastation with the hurricanes & floods is very extreme at the moment.

Many are asking if this was a White Hats or Black Hats operation. Yes, we are at war & there are still small pockets of dark activities & operations — move & counter moves. I also believe that the White Hats plays the counter with the main priority to avoid as much mass civilian casualties.

However the phrase ‘White Hats are in control’, should not mean they are in control of EVERYTHING — as in there is still Divine & Universe Laws, Events, Mother Nature, the Great Paradigm Shift, GOD’s Will & its work in mysterious ways.

We must understand that Humans & other Earthly Beings do not & cannot control everything that happens on Earth. Sky events & Inner Earth activities are ongoing & everyday Humans are mostly clueless about this.

This shift would NOT be biblical if the White Hats can control ALL events on Earth.

The collapse of the lower 3rd density will be destructive & there is no way around it. All ending of any empire was NOT pleasant. How did it go at the end of Sodom & Gomorrah? How was it during the fall of Babylon? How was the ending of the Roman Empire?
