I was patched into a group call with some friends & there was someone I dint know on the line — who was a pedo Joe supporter. He was a hardcore dem, took CONvid shots, watches CNN, uses Google, etc.

We ended up debating on many issues. Much of it was me just asking a bunch of questions & most was refused to be answered with the usual response — I don’t do the conspiracy theories!

At first, it was hilarious as I knew I was triggering him but I kept on going, knowing it was get heated — and it did. After the call, I felt bad & was a bit disappointed in myself for engaging & purposely triggering this guy. I had to do a clearing meditation — sending the brother lots of Love. I also did extra Service to Others just to get back to my own Zero Point.

I AM very passionate about waking up people, especially those who have been duped by a dark energy, but those still under its spell must be allowed to wake up by themselves — without taunting, jabs & insults.

In these challenging times, we should be very aware of Revenge Energy — even to those that have done wrong or evil acts. When the Human aura is filled with revenge Energy, a cellular activation is opened & this allows unseen negative entities into the Human Auric Field & into the body-vessel, ripe for manipulation & possession. 

Revenge Energy is seemingly righting a wrong or justice being served, but the trap is the holder of this Energy will fall into the lower timelines when acted upon, accumulating massive Karmic Energy and debt. With the Higher Energy currently flooding in our realm, even ‘revenge’, intentions can magnetize ‘instant karma’. 

Do not get manipulated & get in an ‘anger, fearful, sadden, revengeful or hatred’ emotion or Energy. This will only harm yourself. Hold great FAITH that there is a higher Power that is correcting & dissolving all dark manifestations. 🙏🏽💜🔥

The Great Awakening is now a tsunami of Hard Truths hitting the collective. Many are having a hard time dealing with others with opposing views or certain people that are out of sync with their own beliefs — causing great division between friends & families.

Try not to judge yourself or them as bad, as no one is good or bad in & of themselves — since Source Energy of God is the reality within all of US. Being a Loving & spiritually-empowered Human never means being another's doormat or walking on eggshells to keep a false sense of peace. Silently greet every Human you meet as your reflection & send Light to those far or near to come into their own Self-Realization.

Many will still suffer & transition during this phase but they’ve volunteered to assist in playing their part for Here & Now. For some, their experiences were karmic completions chosen to be done publicly for others to see & learn from.

In the 3D realm, heroes are the ones who have sacrificed their lives or well-being for others — this also takes place in the Higher Realms. It is a personal choice as to how they can best serve the Ascension process, but all are helping in their way to bring Universal Consciousness out of the dark ages & into the Light.

Many continue to awaken out of the hypnotized sleep of erroneous belief in spite of continuing attempts by those to keep Humans locked in old energy. Remain alert & align with your intuition as you read, watch & observe the actions of others for much of it is not what it seems to be. I spoke about moving the Kundalini Energy & the Cerebrospinal Fluid many times. Keeping the spine extra flexible is very important. The ‘flexible tree’ survives the hurricane storm. The stiff tree breaks.

I do a breathing technique, where u bring in the breath, all the way into your abdominal area & fill it up. Hold it in — then squeeze your abdominal muscles to push the air up into your head. Hold your breathe some more, then breathe it out slowly through the mouth.

This also allows the Cerebrospinal Fluid & Energy to flow upwards too.

The Pineal Glad is piezoelectric which means it is activated by physical pressure. The ‘pushed up’ air/breathe will create pressure inside the Pineal Gland & will cause it to release its ‘juice’. It is a very powerful technique for activating your Pineal Gland.
