Despite the big pump in the recent days Bitcoin funding rate is still negative which is a very good sign. This means that there are currently more shorts than longs opened. More people betting on lower targets than on higher targets, and this happening right now while BTC sits at 96k. Crazy!

A new location in the UAE:

Umm Al Quweim and Ras Al Khaima. The world largest Wynn Casino is coming to Ras Al Khaima, with average square feet prices of 2,300 for nearby apartments. 20 minutes south, there is a new downtown city coming, launched by Sobha and a full master community, which means the entire downtown city will be run by Sobha, same as Dubai Downtown belongs to the developer Emaar. The new project from Sobha was launched today, with average squarefeet prices of 1900-2000. One bedrooms = 1 Bedroom + Living room are selling for $290,000 USD. In payment plan, means you pay now 20% of value on booking, another 20% next year, another 20% in two years, and 40% on hand over, once the unit is ready.

Its a risky investment but if plays out, it will play out big. I was recently nearby this region and its beautiful, sea mountains, desert, its a beautiful place. Many tourists all over the world there as well, despite only few hotels existing in this region currently. Below I will show you how it will look like in the future..
