Imagine being born a Muslim, carrying a Muslim name, gifted with the Kalimah on your lips as your very first inheritance and yet standing proud in calling yourself a Marxist, Leninist, Communist, Atheist, Secularist, Liberal, or whatever new label the world manufactures to replace your God-given identity.
Imagine abandoning the Qur’an for Das Kapital, replacing Bismillah with slogans of revolution, raising the red flag while ignoring the Black and White flag of La ilaha illallah, and choosing to glorify men who denied Allah while forgetting the men of Allah who lived and died for Truth.
Imagine taking pride in philosophies that crumble with time, while neglecting the deen that has stood unshaken for 1400+ years.
Hardships are like guests; treat them well until they depart to the land of reward, praising and not criticising or complaining.
Without these hardships, we would arrive on the Day of Judgement empty-handed. If the curtains of the unseen were lifted for you, you would love your sorrow. If you saw how those who are patient are rewarded generously, your heart would rejoice, and you would savour every moment of pain.

If those who disbelieve in Allah can rise before dawn to chase the dunya, sacrificing sleep, comfort, and time, in pursuit of worldly pleasures, then what excuse do we, as believers in the hereafter, truly have?
If we claim certainty in the truth of Islam, if we believe in the promise of Jannah, then why is our effort not greater?

“One day you will realize how necessary it was for you to read the Qur’an. You will realize that the Qur’an was your path, that the Qur’an was your friend that called you to goodness. That it was the most beautiful guide.

O dear mother, bear in mind that your lap is the first school of your child.
It is your responsibility to teach your child the correct aqeedah and manhaj.
If there is a deviation in you, it will be transferred to your offspring and so on. And in that case, how are you going to raise the next generation in the likes of Umar ibn al-khattāb, Usama Bin Zayd and Khalid bin al-walīd?
In order to raise your children like a sahabah you ought to follow and imitate the sahabah and the sahabiyaat.
You too should be a mother like Khansa (RA), a mother who sent four of her young sons to fight for Allah’s cause.
Thus, raise your son in a way that this ummah needs him and benefits from him, and so that he goes out [fi sabilli-
lah] and never turns his back, for Allah’s sake.

When asked why certain obligations are neglected, the answers often revolve around the desire to appease society, or to follow one’s own feelings.
If we were to reflect upon the history of Islam, we would see that one of its very foundations is sacrifice.
How many of the righteous gave up their ease and comfort for the sake of Allah, striving for the victory of His dīn?
How many of us today have truly internalized what sacrifice means? Would you be willing to part with all of your wealth in the cause of Allah, if called upon? Would you be ready to sacrifice your own self, your comfort, and the luxuries of your home for the sake of this ummah?
We forget that our lives are not our own. Allah reminds us in the Qur’an:

We belong to Allah. We are His slaves. As believers, we must wake each day with the awareness that our lives belong entirely to Him & this awareness should drive us to live for Him, sacrificing our desires with the certainty that His reward is far greater.

It does not cling stubbornly to its green color, nor does it fight to remain on the branch when its time has come to fall. It simply submits to the order written for it.
In the same way, the believer should move through the seasons of life knowing Allah ﷻ is the One who decrees all that we experience, whether ease or hardship & the believer is content with His decree. We do not fight against what Allah has not willed for us, nor do we attempt to hold on to what He has removed from our lives.
Just as the leaf loses its color in autumn but returns to bloom in the spring, so too does the believer know that no state is permanent.
Every hardship has its ease, every fall has its rise. This is the essence of tawakkul, trusting Allah ﷻ with complete reliance, knowing that He is Al-Hakeem.

Once Allah guides your steps towards Him & grants you the honour of pledging your allegiance to the haqq, be ready for a heavy weight to fall on your back, be ready for insecurity, be ready for fear and unstablenesses. Once you decide to make calling to the Deen of Allah your way of life, be ready to be attacked, be ready to be betrayed and insulted and dissociated from, be ready to be alone and lonely, be ready to be hurt emotionally or even physically.
You’re not better than the greatest of mankind, our dear Prophet ﷺ , may our souls ransom him, went through the most unimaginable trials and tribulations for the word of Allah to be implemented upon mankind, now we forget his teachings, all his efforts in his struggle would have gone on vain if it wasn’t because Allah protected this deen, if the deen was to be protected by us, the message for which the Prophet sacrificed for his entire life would be lost. We are not ready to sacrifice for the message to be followed and obeyed. We are not ready to leave our comfort zones on the dunya for the greatest comfort in the akhirah.
May Allah make us bearers of the banner of this religion we once promised ourselves to follow.

Every breath we take is taking us closer to death. The time we spend in this world is short, the time we are held in our graves is long, and the punishment for following our lowly desires is calamitous.

the companions and those who came after them kept the message intact, they did not dare change it. for more than 1400 years, the message remains the same
this is why we are called “backward” by the kuffār, because they wish to corrupt the message just like they did back then
“They wish to extinguish the light of Allāh with their mouths, but Allāh will only allow the perfection of his light, even if the disbelievers dislike it.” at-tawbah, 32
the true message never aligned with their feelings, and it never will.
The ruling of Allāh is not based on your emotions.

We are living in a time that is in desperate need of revival. The world is filled with entire industries built simply to occupy the mind and dull the heart. Noise replaces time for reflection, and constant entertainment pulls people away from remembrance.
But the believer must pause and remember something greater.
We have a covenant with Allah.
This book is filled with the reminders of those who understood this covenant. They recognized the weight of their promise with their Lord, rejoiced in the transaction made with Him, and fulfilled their duty toward their Rabb. Their lives stand as a path for us to follow.
