What’s the Dead Horse Theory?
It’s simple: “When you realize you’re riding a dead horse, the best thing to do is get off.” But instead of doing that, people often try things like:
👉 Buying a stronger whip (forcing outdated technology to work harder)
👉 Forming a committee to study the dead horse (endless discussions without action)
👉 Blaming the rider (shifting responsibility instead of fixing the issue)
👉 Replacing the horse with another dead one (choosing an equally outdated solution)
