You guys mostly know this, but just to re-state for everyone. ...I'd highly recommend to everyone to be extremely weary of anything you hear from "news" media, ESPECIALLY as it relates to healthcare.
The media is designed to keep you in fear and stimulate the appropriate response they want. The media is also funded in huge part by pharmaceutical companies, so their desired response is to make you go spend money on pharmaceuticals.
There is a slew of evidence available that is quite contrary to most modern medical advice. Much of the evidence FOR modern medical advice is funded by questionable people and scientists conducting the studies receive payments directly, which should make you question the objectivity of the studies. It is also important to recognize that despite vaccines and "modern medicine," we are the sickest we've ever been as a society. We have skyrocketing rates of cancers, heart disease, fibromyalgias, etc and they haven't changed their advice. If their advice clearly isn't working, why would they not change it?
Furthermore, if you dive into what is taught in medical schools, you will quickly learn that around 80% of US based medical schools require no training on exercise and the most specific nutrition training offered is about 11 total hours in all of medical school.
Remember, the "experts" have predicted the apocalypse every few years due to some climate event. The "experts" are proven wrong more often than not in hindsight. Use your critical thinking and look into things as much as possible on your own, tracing money trails and looking into unbiased studies! Your long-term health, and that of your children, depend on it!

BUSTED🚨: A massive international pedophile network spanning across over 30 countries was shut down, and dozens of arrests were made relating to child pornography, the Europol police agency announced on Wednesday.
The European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation said that the Darknet child porn platform “Kidflix” has been shut down under the direction of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office in Germany.
Europol said that the platform had an estimated 1.8 million users throughout the world, with investigations being coordinated across 35 counties.
So far, 79 people have been arrested and nearly 1,400 further suspects have been identified, over one hundred of whom were located in Germany, broadcaster NTV reports.
The platform, which was created in 2021, is said to have been one of the largest of its kind in the world and the largest to date to have existed in Europe.
