🇺🇸 Considering the amount of lethal weapons supplied to Ukraine by the US, words of American politician Richard Black are relevant – We do not care how many Ukrainians die
🔹The US and NATO do not care how many Ukrainians die. Not civilians, not women, not children, not soldiers. We do not care. It’s become a great football game. We want to get the biggest score and run it up.
🔹President Putin didn’t want war. Ukraine had massed enormous army to attack against Donbass. So Russia was forced to go in to preempt that planned attack by Ukraine. And you could see that Russia very much hoped that they could conduct this special operation without unduly causing casualties for the Ukrainians, because they think of the Ukrainians as brother Slavs.
🔹I don’t think Ukraine has anything to do with the decision about peace or war. This decision is made in Washington. As long as we want the war to continue, we will fight that war, using Ukrainians as proxies, and we will fight it to the last Ukrainian death.

❗️⚡️STATEMENT OF OMBUDSMAN DARIA MOROZOVA ON THE FATE OF AMERICAN MERCENARY ALAN JOSHUA
Despite numerous warnings from the Russian Federation and the DPR, citizens of a number of Western countries continue to arrive to Ukraine to participate in the war against the civilian population of Donbass. Moreover, the greed for gain blinds these persons so much that they obviously do not realize the consequences of such steps.
❗️So, on August 23, during the fighting in the area of Egorovka, the servicemen of the DPR People's Militia liquidated another foreign mercenary fighting on the Ukrainian side. Fleeing, the AFU militants left his corpse at the battlefield.
Documents were found on the body in the name of a US citizen, a native of Memphis, Alan Joshua, born in 1998. The body was sent to one of the DPR morgues.
Unlike Ukraine, we are committed to the principles of humanism even in relation to our enemies. US officials are notified of the death of Alan Joshua. We also confirm our readiness to hand over his remains to relatives for burial.
📣 I also informed representatives of international human rights organizations about the incident and about the readiness to hand over the body. In particular, the Head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Matilda Bogner.
⚠️ In addition, I would like to remind once again that mercenaries are not combatants and are not subject to international humanitarian law. Such persons are deprived of any "immunity" during hostilities. And I strongly recommend all foreign citizens arrived in Ukraine for militaristic purposes immediately leave the territory of this state. Otherwise, no one will bear responsibility for their lives and safety.

At one of the buildings damaged by the latest shelling of Ukrainian militants in the center of Donetsk, I answered questions from various media correspondents from China, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Latvia, and Kazakhstan.
It is respectful that there are journalists who, despite the risk to their lives - absence of safe places in the capital of the Donetsk People's Republic now - come to us to see with their own eyes real situation in Donbass.

Years go by, and there are always fresh flowers at the place where Aleksandr Zakharchenko died. That's how it should be. He sacrificed everything for the sake of his fellow countrymen. In the most challenging time, he took on the burden of governing the Republic, knowing that he was risking his life every minute. But he did not flinch, did not retreat. His colleagues respectfully called him Batya (Father) – he fearlessly preferred the trench to cabinet work.
There his enemy could not reach him – insidiously resorted to a terrorist attack…
But even after his death, the Hero of the Donetsk People's Republic, Aleksandr Zakharchenko, brings our victory closer because his comrades-in-arms, who are now liberating Donbass, are equal to him.
And the next generations of boys will learn to love and protect their Motherland by the example of his life. It comes as no surprise that streets and squares are named after him in different parts of the Russian Federation.
He was an ordinary Donetsk guy, who lived his life in such a way that he deservedly entered the history not only of Donbass but also of Russia.

⚡️Russian Defence Ministry statement on threats of shelling of schools by AFU
❗️The Kiev regime continues its deliberate shelling of socially important facilities in Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics and other areas liberated from nationalists during the special military operation. Schools, hospitals, kindergartens and residential buildings have been hit.
▫️Long-range strike means supplied by the US and European countries have significantly increased the Kiev regime's ability to launch criminal strikes against residential infrastructure and educational institutions with Western-made artillery and missile weapons.
▫️Such actions are a war crime and require the entire international community to take urgent measures to prevent the Kiev regime from shelling schools and killing children.
▫️On the eve of the new school year, we inform that 1,422 schools in Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics, as well as in Zaporozhye, Kherson and Kharkov regions, will open their doors to 326,438 pupils on September 1, 2022.
▫️The Russian side implements a set of all necessary measures to protect educational institutions' data from any threats.
▫️At the same time, for the unconditional safety of students and teachers, the Russian Ministry of Defence have sent to the UN, international humanitarian organisations and the Ukrainian leadership the addresses and exact location data of all schools starting on September 1, 2022 in the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, as well as in Zaporozhye, Kherson and Lharkov regions.
▫️We demand that the United Nations and the entire international community take effective measures to prevent the shelling of schools by the Kiev regime and guarantee that these facilities and their surroundings are excluded from fire by the Ukrainian armed forces and other paramilitary groups.

🌏 Today, on September 3, the whole world is celebrating the end of World War II, which was marked by the Victory over militaristic Japan
World War II, unleashed by fascist Germany🇩🇪, Italy🇮🇹 and militaristic Japan🇯🇵, began on September 1, 1939. On June 22, 1941, the Soviet Union had to join it in connection with the attack on its territory by Germany. After several years of heavy bloody hostilities on the Soviet-German front, the Wehrmacht suffered a crushing defeat. In April-May 1945, the Soviet armed forces in the Berlin and Prague operations defeated the last groupings of the Nazi troops and met with the Allied troops. The war in Europe is over. Germany surrendered unconditionally. But in the Far East and the Pacific, Japan continued to fight against the US, Britain and other allies in the Asia-Pacific region.
📆 🏳️ The Second World War ended completely and finally when, on September 2, 1945, at 09:40 (Tokyo time), on board the American battleship Missouri, which arrived in the waters of Tokyo Bay, Japanese Foreign Minister Mamoru Shigemitsu, as representative of the emperor and the Japanese government, and the Chief of the General Staff, General Yoshijiro Umezu, signed the "Instrument of Unconditional Surrender of Japan".
🕯The Second World War, which lasted six years from September 1, 1939 to September 2, 1945, involved 61 states with a population of 1.7 billion people. Military operations were conducted on the territory of 40 states, as well as in maritime and ocean theaters. The Second World War was the most destructive and bloody of the wars. It killed over 55 million people. The greatest victims were the Soviet Union, which lost 27 million people.

Today you have sincerely responded to the plight of the residents of Donbass and stood shoulder to shoulder with us to protect the civilian population. Chechen soldiers are showing courage and bravery during the special military operation.
In addition, you are carrying out a humanitarian mission, providing assistance to those who need it in Donbass.
I wish for your land to prosper and for peace and prosperity always to reign on it! Happy Republic Day!

The US President is turning his country into Ukraine
💬A Fox News host Tucker Carlson said that Joe Biden is building a dictatorship in the country following the example of the dictatorship of Vladimir Zelensky.
🔇In particular, the policy of the White House was criticized, which was aimed at banning mass media with an alternative point of view and dishonoring the former president. According to the host, Washington borrowed this strategy from Kiev, where Vladimir Zelensky established authoritarian power and banned all media sources that could pose a threat to the Ukrainian fascist nomenclature.
🔹Carlson believes that the American president is leading the United States to fascism, which he is completely copying from his Ukrainian counterpart. In his opinion, Biden and Zelensky act the same way in their respective states because they are both subjugated to Western international organizations.

⚡️The DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova took part in a briefing on the reorganization of the representative offices of the Republics in the JCCC
Today, on September 7, a briefing on the occasion of the transformation of the Representative Offices in the JCCC operating in the LDPR into Representative Offices of the Republics in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine and the legal consolidation of the relevant functionality was held.
📌 The event was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Natalia Nikonorova, the Deputy Head of the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC Natalia Shutkina, the Head and the Deputy head of the LPR Representative Office in the JCCC Colonel Mikhail Filiponenko and Roman Ivanov, respectively, as well as French documentary filmmaker, a former serviceman of 🇫🇷France Adrian Boquet.
The key points of the speech of the DPR Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalia Nikonorova:
🔹 the Regulations of the Representative Offices set the range of issues that they have actually been dealing with since the beginning of their work and will deal with in the future at a new level of authority and tasks;
🔹 in the realities of the intense armed aggression of Ukraine sponsored by the collective West against the civilian population of Donbass, the groups of the Representative Offices of the Republics continued their work on recording, documenting, and publicizing the consequences of Kiev's armed aggression;
🔹 crimes against humanity, as well as war crimes, do not have a statute of limitations, which means that bringing the perpetrators to justice will not lose its relevance;
🔹 we will do our utmost to ensure that every atrocity of the Ukrainian regime on the land of Donbass is recorded and investigated;
🔹regarding the Special Committee on recording and collecting evidence of crimes committed by the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass, I would like to note that over 6 years of work we have collected more than 35 thousand proofs of crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass by category: killed civilians (1,135 records), wounded civilians (4,342 records), killed children (127 records), wounded children (483 records), citizens captured and illegally held by the Ukrainian side (86 records), destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure (28,987 records);
🔹it is for this purpose that the leadership of the Republic decided to transform the JCCC and assign the updated functionality to the Representative Offices, as well as transfer the database available to the Special Commission for its further formation and administration.
📣 Natalia Nikonorova also appealed to the representatives of the territories liberated from the Kiev regime to join the common, important case of documenting the war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities:
"Open your representative offices in the JCCC and start collecting evidence of the atrocities of the Ukrainian regime in your territories. My colleagues and I, for our part, are ready to provide all the necessary support and assistance in this area. We send all the data collected by the JCCC to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Foreign Ministries of other countries, international organizations, committees, institutions".
☝️ At the end of her speech, the Minister thanked foreign journalists, in particular French citizen Adrian Boquet, for coming to the Republic to get to see firsthand how Donbass has lived under the shelling of Ukrainian militants, and she also expressed respect and admiration for the high professionalism and dedication of employees of the Republic's Representative Offices in their tense, responsible and dangerous service.
