☝️ We believe that it is necessary to provide humanitarian aid to all people who find themselves in a difficult situation. We are actively doing this for the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics.
We cooperate with international partners, including the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross, in order to organise humanitarian convoys to Ukrainian cities such as Sumy, Kharkov and Mariupol.

⚡️❗️According to the official data of the DPR Joint Center for Control and Coordination from 17.02.2022 to 05.04.2022:
During the 48 days of escalation 72 civilians were killed.
1059 civilians were injured of varying severity (746 from the previously liberated territory), including 61 children. Over the past day, information was received about 28 wounded civilians (23 from the previously liberated territories), including 1 child.
📊It is still impossible to establish the real number of civilian casualties: a significant number of them are in the liberated territories of the DPR.
🏠Damaged:
- 1914 residential housing construction;
- 499 civilian infrastructure facilities, including 28 medical institutions, 70 educational institutions, 112 social security facilities, 23 critical infrastructure facilities, 264 electricity, water and gas supply facilities.
Under shellings of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) are Petrovsky and Leninsky districts of Donetsk, Aleksandrovka, Yasinovataya.
- 257 vehicles.

💥Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has fired more than 100 shells and mines from 122-mm multiple launch rocket systems BM-21 "Grad", 122-mm cannon artillery and 120-mm mortars.
♦️The areas of 9 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression 1 civilian was injured. 15 residential buildings, 3 civil infrastructure facilities were damaged.
❗️Materials on the fact of wounding civilians and damage to infrastructure will be transferred to representatives of international human rights organizations, as well as to the DPR General Prosecutor's Office for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
🔷The servicemen of the Donetsk People's Republic, together with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continue to liberate the settlements of our Republic from Ukrainian invaders.
🔷Since the beginning of the day, our servicemen have destroyed 79 Ukrainian nationalists, 6 firing positions, including 2 120-mm mortars, 2 tanks and 4 armored vehicles. Captured 1 tank, 2 infantry fighting vehicles and 2 cargo vehicles.
🔻The Kiev regime is concerned about the publicity to the whole world of war crimes committed by Azov nationalists in Mariupol, including executions and torture of civilians, as well as brutal excruciation of prisoners of war.
🔻In this connection, before leaving the city of Mariupol, Ukrainian militants received an order from Kiev to destroy all possible witnesses who may testify to the crimes committed by Ukrainian punishers.
🔻At the same time in the absence of alive witnesses the Kiev regime expects to shift responsibility for deaths of civilians committed by Azov nationalists to the military personnel participating in a special military operation.
➖In turn, I officially declare that units of the Russian troops and military personnel of the Donetsk People's Republic conduct only pinpoint fire on the firing positions of Ukrainian gunmen.
♦️Unfortunately, there were losses among our fighters. Over the past day, in the struggle for independence, 5 defenders of the Donetsk People's Republic died in the line of military duty and 22 comrades were injured.

☝️ Assertions of “war crimes” committed by the Russian Armed Forces in the course of the special military operation have repeatedly been proved false at the detailed briefings by the Russian Defence Ministry, our Ministry and the Permanent Mission to the UN where we held a special news conference yesterday.
❓ The question, then, is what purpose does this blatantly false provocation serve? We are inclined to view it as a pretext to torpedo the ongoing negotiations at a time when some light, however dim, has appeared at the end of the tunnel.

🇮🇹Member of the European Parliament from Italy Francesca Donato has publicly stated that she doubts the facts about the incident in Bucha, which are spread by the Ukrainian authorities and Western media.
“I hear people are suggesting a total embargo on Russian gas, but it will be unbearable for our economy. Of course we have what is happening in Bucha that the Ukrainian government reported, but there is a lot of doubts around the veracity,” Donato emphasized.
The parliamentarian called for the establishment of "an independent investigative team in order to look at the real dynamics and fact and establish who really should be responsible for the killing of civilians.”

‼️According to available information, Ukrainian nationalists continue the targeted destruction of ships in the port of Mariupol. After arson on the Turkish ship "Azburg" under the Dominican flag, Ukrainian militants carried out another provocation. Members of 83rd CIPO and nationalists of "Azov" set fire to the control ship "Donbass". Currently, there is a fire on boards of both ships, and smoke condition is observed. We do not exclude that in the near future Ukrainian and foreign media will start dissimilate videos with killed crew members to discredit the Russian military.

❗️"Another provocation for the picture," - Eduard Basurin, a representative of the DPR People's Militia, described the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Kramatorsk.
⚡️⚡️DPR Foreign Minister: there are no legal grounds for extending the OSCE SMM activities on the DPR territory
At a press conference with the participation of foreign media, Natalia Nikonorova spoke about position of the Republic regarding activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission:
“The DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepared a draft resolution to the State Defense Committee on the recognition of the unlawful further activities of the OSCE SMM on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. We expect this decision to be adopted in the near future."
The Minister spoke about the background of such a decision, in particular about the vagueness of the mission status from March 31, 2022:
“On March 31, a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council was held, at which the participating countries of this organization did not reach a consensus on the future fate of the OSCE SMM. This means that its further activities no longer comply with the organization's statutory documents and have no legal basis. The OSCE SMM explained continuation of the stay on the DPR territory and the fact that no attempts were made to wind down the mission with some vague arguments about the administrative status of the OSCE field operation. But no such status is provided by the organization’s documents.”
Natalia Nikonorova also said that one of the OSCE the local employees of the OSCE SMM was detained by the DPR law enforcement agencies and pre-investigation measures are currently being carried out in connection with illegal acts carried out on the DPR territory.
At a press conference with the participation of foreign media, Natalia Nikonorova spoke about position of the Republic regarding activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission:

“Compatriots, hold on. We will do our best to stop Kiev's crimes against Donbass as soon as possible and achieve our goals of liberating the Republic and demilitarizing Ukraine."

No one bothered either about the evacuation or food security of these people.
Accordingly, it was necessary to provide assistance. I personally saw the attitude of both the Russian Armed Forces and everyone who visited this territory on behalf of the Russian Federation. The expression "polite people" is perfect to describe their communication style with the locals.
Therefore, it is unimaginable that the fake spread by Ukrainian authorities on events in Bucha has any relation to reality. Moreover, it was already completely exposed and debunked.

They are unable to leave the port for fears of coming under fire from the Ukrainian troops or hitting sea mines that were possibly planted in the basin even before the launch of the operation,” said the Minister during the press conference today.
The Minister also pointed out that there have been numerous attempts to urge Ukrainian side to facilitate the evacuation of foreign ships and foreign citizens but no reply has been received.

There are no hurdles from the DPR’s side compromising the evacuation efforts. It has to be carried out as soon as possible in order to prevent any other provocations by Kiev. Today’s horrifying missile attack on Kramatorsk, the “Tochka-U” strike of the center on Donetsk, and the alleged Bucha massacre - all serve as a demonstration that the agonizing Ukrainian regime is willing to commit bloody crimes not only against the Donbass population, but also foreign citizen.

Today, at about 10:30 am, in the temporarily occupied Kramatorsk, armed formations of Ukraine launched a targeted attack on the railway station, where residents are being actively evacuated. As a result of this terrorist act, mass casualties are recorded.
Military experts and analysts of the DPR JCCC conducted a comparative analysis of all the facts available in open sources, the results of which show the obviousness of the planned bloody provocation of the Kiev regime.
As is known, at first, official Ukrainian speakers announced a missile attack on the Kramatorsk railway, allegedly by the Iskander OTRK, which are in service with the RF Armed Forces.
After realizing that the photo from the scene of the tragedy clearly showed the remains of Tochka-U OTRK, Zelensky "corrected himself" and clarified that the Russian Armed Forces had allegedly used Tochka-U.
"In confirmation" of Zelensky's statement, the Center for Special Information and Psychological Operations (CSIPO) of the armed formations of Ukraine distributed on the Internet a photo of Tochka-U launchers from the Russian-Belarusian military exercises Allied Resolve 2022 in February 2022.
Fact one
The nature of the “feathering” of the missile, recorded in publicly available photographs, indicates that the strike was carried out precisely using the Tochka-U OTRK with a cluster warhead.
Fact two
The Tochka-U OTRK is not used by the RF Armed Forces: all missile units were successfully and completely re-equipped with Iskander-M missiles in November 2019.
Fact three
The Ukrainian CSIPO forgot that, in addition to the RF Armed Forces, the current operator of the Tochka-U OTRK took part in these exercises.
The last two facts are confirmed by the Military Balance Annual Bulletin with an overview of the military potentials of the states of the world (published in English by the International Institute for Strategic Studies since 1959), which in its review at the beginning of 2022 does not indicate the RF Armed Forces as an operator of this complex.
The particularly cynical nature of this planned bloody action is emphasized by the frankly provocative inscription on the missile - "For Children", from those who have for 8 years purposefully killed children of Donbass, used them as human shields in Volnovakha, Mariupol, Kharkov, shelled maternity hospitals, schools and kindergartens.
A little less than a month ago, on March 14, our capital experienced a tragedy from the same AFU missile attack on the city center: 22 civilians were killed and 37 civilians were wounded.
We mourn together with the relatives of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all our fellow countrymen who were victims of another war crime of the AFU against their people.
It is obvious that the purpose of this bloody action is to blame the armed forces of the Russian Federation and the Republic at the cost of people’s lives, creating the “right picture” for the world community.
We will not tire of calling for analyzing information and drawing conclusions based on obvious facts, instead of accepting false Ukrainian propaganda on faith.

💥Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has fired more than 200 shells and mines from 122-mm multiple launch rocket systems BM-21 "Grad",122-mm cannon artillery and 120-mm mortars.
💥The areas of 8 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression, 2 civilians were killed and 6 were injured. 34 residential buildings and 7 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
❗️Materials on the fact of wounding civilians and damage to infrastructure will be transferred to representatives of international human rights organizations, as well as to the DPR General Prosecutor's Office for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
‼️According to information received from the residents of Ugledar, Ukrainian nationalists continue terror and genocide of the civilian population in the territory temporarily controlled by them.
On the morning of April 9 at Trifonova St. house No.46 2 Ukrainian nationalists for the sake of fun threw a grenade at garbage cans near an elderly man staying. He died on the spot.
