On April 2, a rally in support of Donbass Republics was held in the Belgian city of Durbuy. The event was organized by Kris Roman, Head of the DPR Representative Center in Belgium.
The event was attended by Ataman of the Belgian headquarters of the Cossacks from the Union of Cossacks and soldiers of Russia and abroad Roman Aliev, public figures of Belgium and representatives of the North Ossetian community.

♦️The areas of 6 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression 3 civilians were injured. 4 residential buildings, 2 civil infrastructure facilities and 1 vehicle were damaged.

We cooperate with international partners, including the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross, in order to organise humanitarian convoys to Ukrainian cities such as Sumy, Kharkov and Mariupol.

During the 48 days of escalation 72 civilians were killed.
1059 civilians were injured of varying severity (746 from the previously liberated territory), including 61 children. Over the past day, information was received about 28 wounded civilians (23 from the previously liberated territories), including 1 child.
📊It is still impossible to establish the real number of civilian casualties: a significant number of them are in the liberated territories of the DPR.
🏠Damaged:
- 1914 residential housing construction;
- 499 civilian infrastructure facilities, including 28 medical institutions, 70 educational institutions, 112 social security facilities, 23 critical infrastructure facilities, 264 electricity, water and gas supply facilities.
Under shellings of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) are Petrovsky and Leninsky districts of Donetsk, Aleksandrovka, Yasinovataya.
- 257 vehicles.

After arson on the Turkish ship "Azburg" under the Dominican flag, Ukrainian militants carried out another provocation. Members of 83rd CIPO and nationalists of "Azov" set fire to the control ship "Donbass". Currently, there is a fire on boards of both ships, and smoke condition is observed. We do not exclude that in the near future Ukrainian and foreign media will start dissimilate videos with killed crew members to discredit the Russian military.

💥Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has fired more than 250 shells and mines from 122-mm multiple launch rocket systems BM-21 "Grad", 152-mm and 122-mm cannon artillery and 120-mm mortars.
💥The areas of 10 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression, 23 civilians, including 1 child, were injured. 43 residential buildings, 3 civilian infrastructure facilities and 1 vehicle were damaged.
❗️Materials on the fact of wounding civilians and damage to infrastructure will be transferred to representatives of international human rights organizations, as well as to the DPR General Prosecutor's Office for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
🔷The servicemen of the Donetsk People's Republic, together with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continue to liberate the settlements of our Republic from Ukrainian invaders.
🔷Since the beginning of the day, our servicemen have destroyed 73 Ukrainian nationalists, 11 firing positions, including 3 mortar crews, 2 armored vehicles, 1 IFV and 1 cargo vehicle. 2 122-mm multiple launch rocket systems BM-21 Grad, 2 120-mm mortars and 2 cargo vehicles were captured.
♦️11 servicemen of the 56th, 54th and 25th brigades voluntarily laid down their arms and came over to the DPR People’s Militia side.
♦️I appeal to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and urge to follow the example of their comrades and avoid bloodshed.

⚡️⚡️DPR Foreign Minister: there are no legal grounds for extending the OSCE SMM activities on the DPR territory
At a press conference with the participation of foreign media, Natalia Nikonorova spoke about position of the Republic regarding activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission:
“The DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepared a draft resolution to the State Defense Committee on the recognition of the unlawful further activities of the OSCE SMM on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. We expect this decision to be adopted in the near future."
The Minister spoke about the background of such a decision, in particular about the vagueness of the mission status from March 31, 2022:
“On March 31, a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council was held, at which the participating countries of this organization did not reach a consensus on the future fate of the OSCE SMM. This means that its further activities no longer comply with the organization's statutory documents and have no legal basis. The OSCE SMM explained continuation of the stay on the DPR territory and the fact that no attempts were made to wind down the mission with some vague arguments about the administrative status of the OSCE field operation. But no such status is provided by the organization’s documents.”
Natalia Nikonorova also said that one of the OSCE the local employees of the OSCE SMM was detained by the DPR law enforcement agencies and pre-investigation measures are currently being carried out in connection with illegal acts carried out on the DPR territory.
