الامر خارج عن اليد كون الخلل من طرف السيرفر مو من المتجر بذاته ، مع ذلك جالسين نشوف حلول ونتواصل مع ادارة السيرفر عشان تنحل المشكلة ، واللي تواجه كثير من المتاجر للاسف ..

We apologize for the issue that is occurring. The matter is out of our hands since the issue comes from the server side (not from the store itself). Nevertheless, we are looking into solutions and coordinating with the server management to fix the issue, which, unfortunately, is affecting many stores.
