A gunman opened fire and killed a 19 y/o passenger after pursuing the victim’s vehicle through a Los Angeles neighborhood overnight. LAPD says they do not believe the shooting was gang related. No description of the suspect’s vehicle or the gunman, who drove away after the shooting, was available. The investigation is ongoing.
