1) Settings on your own Telegram profile
Data and storage ... tick blue to gray.
2) Now you have to be on your main cell menu off from Telegram for the following step.
Cell Phone Search for Your "Files Folder /Document
Then to your INTERNAL storage not your SD card
Then search for your Telegram Folder
There are 4 sub folders
Clean regularly. You click on delete and then select all and delete all
BACK ON YOUR TELEGRAM APP again
3) On Telegram if you join all groups including this one click on the top right and 3.1 Mute notifications At the same time there will be another menu popping up which you then "Disable notifications" type @Gila
4) If you belong to many groups and it will make your phone full of junk quickly. , I swipe right over the name of the group and put it in ARCHIVES It's on top of your Telegram in gray and then nothing downloads on your phone. Go peek at interesting ones every now and then and then. And that save will restrict data and storage.

Dit beteken elke huishouding moes dan R19496.80 ontvang het in hulle bankrekening ....vir die ongerief.
Vir die kompleks waar dit gebeur het agv die nalatigheid vd skepsels wat Fibre in moet sit, sou hulle dan moes R350 942.90 uitbetaal het.
Maar nou ja. Ons bly in Columbiafrica...hier sal so iets nooit gebeur nie.
