Eventually the corruption of selling licences to incompetent drivers are catching up on the roads.
This is a terrible example of this. Indescribable horrific!
This is a real problem that should be addressed.

As hierdie drywers bevoeg en ingelig was, sou hulle weet stadiger te beweeg tydens ongelukke op die pad.
