THE LIE about SLUDGE DAM DISASTER IN 1994 in Merriespruit in the Free State where many houses were washed away by the mud and 17 people died.
It was terrible! There were fathers and parents who walked and dug in the mud day and night looking for their children. 🥹 Heartbreaking.

The real reason for the cyanide sludge dam's break...and it was only a small piece of the dam wall that gave way.
There was small cheap maintenance procedures on the pond and not real decent maintenance and upkeep of it.
Some workers, intelligent ones staying near this slug dam, saw it coming and moved out of fear for their lives. 2 families moved from the place just one week before when that mining dam broke and their houses were directly in the way of the sludge, one was completely taken away, the other one was also just rubble.
The LIE was about the sudden 50mm of rain that fell there. There was NO rain. This miner confirmed it, but money talked. People were silenced.
Jagersfontein's dam maintenance processes need to be investigated.
That mining group is going to be held responsible for that.
