I intuited this over a year ago, so glad to see external confirmation.
Although my own confirmation is that It has been working very well for me this past year or two. Healthier than I’ve ever been.
Light replaces the need for much food at this time. It’s a gradual transition, by slowly changing habits.
Our food and water have been hijacked, so understanding this and ONLY eating clean food is extremely important.
Not most of the time, but ALL of the time.
We have no idea what the half-life of these toxins is.
So, one bad food today may be with you for a long while.
And, no more microwaves. Use an oven or stove, or a grill, and do not use aluminum pans.
Drink spring water and change your toothpaste. No fluoride.
Get as much natural light as possible.
Be mindful of sunscreen as it blocks important parts of the light and may in fact deposit toxins through your skin — which then go straight to your bloodstream without the normal filters of our organs.
These things are not passing fancy, they are imperative to perfect health.
Also, be mindful of your energy body. Study on best practices if need be. These things are critical at this time.
