I want to share something very important regarding health. The information is from the research by Morley Robbins. His work is summarized in what he named THE ROOT CAUSE PROTOCOL and in his book [Cu]re. In summary Morley Robbins has come to the conclusion that all diseases come from one root cause. That cause is dysregulation of copper due to excess iron in our cells. The body has to produce energy and it has to eliminate what he calls exhaust or the waste produced by the production of energy. The body cannot do its work efficiently if people have too much iron stored in their cells! Most doctors do blood work to check for mineral levels like iron, but only doing blood work will show a low iron level. Then a doctor will conclude that the patient is anemic and prescribe supplementing with iron. Well that's the problem. The measurement of the iron in the blood does not show the true status of the iron level in the cells of the whole body. The body in order to protect itself from the damaging effects of too much harm in the blood sequesters this iron in the cells of the body outside of the blood where it causes immediate damage because it's very oxidative. Therefore, the doctor, by misdiagnosing the patient due to ignorance, is actually causing more harm to the patient by prescribing iron. The reason there's too much iron in the body in the first place is due to the fact that generally most people consume too much iron as most foods are fortified with synthetic vitamins and the addition of elemental iron. Most grains, flour products and baked goods contain these detrimental products. I eliminated these foods from my diet. One way to get rid of excess iron is to donate blood. Of course people should not be taking what I'm saying here for granted and must do their due diligence. I'm not a doctor and I'm not giving anybody health advice. That's my disclaimer here. I have seen several places recommend BHT as a potent antiviral that will combat mpox, herpes, shingles, etc. And it is inexpensive and does not require a prescription, as it's not a pharmaceutical, per se. South African power utility Eskom says it needs to hike tariffs to fund president Cyril Ramaphosa’s new energy plan.
Speaking to the City Press, Eskom chief financial officer Calib Cassim said that the plan – outlined by the president earlier in July – came with many good news policies and changes but did not address funding.
Broadly, the president’s interventions include:
- Boosting the recruitment of
skilled workers at Eskom and addressing sabotage and theft at the utility;
- Improving logistics to ensure that diesel-fired turbines are supplied in a timely fashion;

- Implementing a programme to incentivise the efficient use of power to cut demand by 600 megawatts;
- Easing local content requirements so that renewable-power projects awarded in the so-called Bid Window 5 can go ahead;

The arrangement would enable Eskom to access the $8.5 billion (R127 billion) pledged by the US, UK, Germany, France and the European Union without adding to its debt burden, a person familiar with the proposal said. The company wants to use the money to fund the closing of some coal-fired power plants and the construction of renewable-energy facilities to replace them.
Eskom has a proposed pipeline of almost R200 billion of renewable energy, gas and battery storage projects and needs to spend at least 120 billion rand on transmission lines.
But with its debt forecast to reach 416 billion rand by the end of this month, it will struggle to take on more borrowing without breaching its bond and loan covenants.
