The matters were never enrolled for hearing on the alleged dates of 24 July 2018, 14 August 2018 and 22 August 2018. The Court Roll confirms there were no cases heard in open court on ANY ONE of these three dates; 2. The mandatory recordings of all 12 cases do not exist, and cannot be furnished ( because they cannot exist and be furnished, as there was no court at all); 3. The 12 typed Judgments cannot be produced( because they were never heard); 4. The Masters Reports cannot be produced( because of same reason) 5. The matters were never advertised in the Daily Dispatch or the government gazette; 6. The South African Revenue Services was never served the " orders", as instructed; 7. The employees were never served, as allegedly directed per " orders"; 8. The Liquidators cannot furnish all the mandatory documents as per law; 9. Absa and Barclays cannot supply demanded documents that the targeted victims have a RIGHT to; 10. The fraudulentborders supplied to the victims by their OWN legal teams AND those of Barclays/ Absa have been directly furnished to EVERYONE to refute and produce any shred of evidence to suggest fraud has not been committed. Three years later no a single person or Bank has reverted,except with threats and attempts to intimidate and arrest Johann Roodt, in order to silence him, in so doing all acting in criminal concert to further defeat the ends of Justice. A criminal case has been opened against Andrew Johnson, Craig Preston-Whyte, Advocate Adrian Colllingwood and Durban High Court judge Chili. The criminal case no is CAS 510/9/2021, Durban Central Police Station. It includes fraud and corruption INSIDE the Durban High Court itself, committed by Judge Chili himself, in his very own Court, when he assisted the other accused by personally handing Johann Roodt a fraudulent " order", in the process of being manufactured, incomplete, when they were all caught off guard by his arrival , after attempts to have him arrested by decoy to prevent him attending the hearing! This poses a problem for the Hawks AND the NPA, who always claim the investigate and prosecute anyone, without fear or favour and that " no one is above the law". They now have to arrest these high profile celebrity status professionals , including the Judge, and prosecute them. This is NOT happening! It all stems from the exposure of the 12 proven fraudulent court orders of Grahamstown, that implicates almost 200 individuals, banks, the government and much more. The conclusion is that SA is much more than a failed State, with no Rule of Law. It is a captured country, its citizens enslaved and are being systematically tortured to death, very slowly, but very certainly.
