A Texas woman accused of making death threats against the judge presiding over former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case was sentenced Friday to three years in prison.

Tiffani Shea Gish, of Houston, was sentenced to 37 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release, the Justice Department said in a news release.

“Holding Tiffani Gish accountable for her threats to assassinate a federal judge sends a strong message that we have no tolerance for those — who often hide behind a far-off keyboard or phone line — seeking to undermine our democratic institutions by threatening the safety of the people who help those same institutions thrive,” U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani said in a statement.

A well-placed Democratic operative said Friday that it is “realistic” Harris may replace Biden as a result of his diminished capabilities, though the person added that they suspected that the party’s slate of candidates would be the same as four years ago.

Worries about Biden’s health are reflected in polling showing a majority of Americans share concerns about his age. But veteran Democratic operatives told The Post there is little chance Biden will be replaced at this stage of the race, except by his own volition.

“The president owns the DNC lock, stock and barrel,” said strategist Brad Bannon. “The only way the DNC will have an opportunity to pick a nominee is if Joe Biden decides to step down.”

A district judge barred Nebraska’s largest city, Omaha, from enforcing a ban on guns in all public spaces Friday as an ongoing lawsuit challenging the restrictions is being considered.

A preliminary injunction was issued by Douglas County District Judge LeAnne Srb, blocking the city ban, according to The Associated Press. However, she did not put a hold on bump stocks or the “ghost gun” restrictions.

WASHINGTON — Newly unearthed footage from Jan. 6 appears to show a rioter — a man identified in an NBC News story nearly two years ago — firing a gun into the air outside the Capitol during the attack.

Online sleuths who have aided in hundreds of Jan. 6 prosecutions say he is the same man they identified to the FBI, who is currently individual no. 200 on the bureau's Capitol Violence page, which he first appeared on three years ago. Videos and photographs from the Capitol on Jan. 6 showed him with what appears to be a gun in his waistband. As NBC News previously reported, that man, John Emanuel Banuelos, told Salt Lake City police that he was at the Capitol and had been captured on film with a gun. “I was in the D.C. riots," he told the investigators, according to a police transcript. “I’m the one in the video with the gun right here."

Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was personally served a subpoena by the U.S. Marshals Service after she failed to acknowledge the same request sent via email, the Daily Caller reported.

Earlier this month, the House Judiciary Committee issued subpoenas to DA Willis, demanding the release of documents from her office. This action comes amid rising concerns and reports alleging corruption in her role as Fulton County’s DA.
