Big case! He deserves to win.

The crux of the controversy took place following Floyd’s death, when Klein received a request asking that he provide academic leniency for his black students enduring emotional duress.

Klein responded June 2, 2020, by asking how he was supposed to identify black students in the online class; whether he should also go easy on white students from Minneapolis; how much leeway to show half-black students; and how the student feels about Martin Luther King Jr.’s admonition to not evaluate people based on “the color of their skin.”

A screenshot of Klein’s response was distributed widely and decried by students in messages and on social media.

In response, Anderson School Dean Antonio Bernardo wrote in a June 4, 2020, memo to the campus community that Klein was suspended and an investigation was underway.

Love this. It’s become far too easy and lucrative for congress to send other people’s kids to go fight and die in wars where no one seems to be able to articulate what victory actually looks like… other than $$$$$$. ENOUGH!

Foreign outlets pull no punches over Biden ‘confusion’ and ‘rage’ after surprise press conference

"Joe Biden’s confusion-in-chief: rage of ‘elderly man with poor memory’ who leads free world," reads a headline from The Australian.

"Biden hits back at memory loss claims in fiery speech before making another glaring gaffe," The Mirror, a UK outlet, stated.

Ahead of an evidentiary hearing scheduled for next week, one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case filed a sweeping new motion Friday accusing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of including falsehoods in her filing this week that admitted to a “personal relationship” with prosecutor Nathan Wade.

The new 122-page filing from co-defendant Michael Roman, who first filed the misconduct allegations against Willis, specifically claims he has a witness prepared to testify at the evidentiary hearing next week that Willis and Wade’s relationship started before he was hired for the case — which would refute a claim contained in Wade’s affidavit in the filing that the relationship started after he was hired by Willis.

Roman says a business associate of Wade’s will “refute that claim.”

Bill Maher says Biden can be switched out at the DNC convention: He sold himself as a 'one term' president

"Real Time" host Bill Maher suggested it's not too late for Democrats to dump President Biden at the DNC convention this summer following the explosive special counsel report.

During a panel discussion Friday night, Maher revived his nickname for the president, "Ruth Bader Biden," following Special Counsel Robert Hur's revelations about Biden's cognitive abilities.

Fulton County outage roils court system, keeping Trump docket offline

Fulton County, Georgia‘s government offices have been plagued by a widespread internet outage for nearly two weeks, and the judicial system in the state’s most populous county is among those that have been negatively affected as one of the nation’s most high-profile cases plays out in its court.

Fulton County Superior Court, where the case against former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants is playing out, still does not have publicly accessible online records. Fulton County’s separate online record of high-profile cases, where the county has also stored publicly available documents from the Trump case, has not been updated since mid-January.

In recent weeks, President Biden has grumbled to aides and advisers that had Garland moved sooner in his investigation into former President Donald Trump’s election interference, a trial may already be underway or even have concluded, according to two people granted anonymity to discuss private matters. That trial still could take place before the election and much of the delay is owed not to Garland but to deliberate resistance put up by the former president and his team.

A spokesperson for the Department of Justice declined to comment. But one former senior Justice Department official noted that some of the frustrations being directed at Garland are better directed toward the White House. The president’s team had the option to exert executive privilege over elements of Hur’s report but declined to do so. And had Garland made edits to the report, he would have had to explain those redactions to Congress.

The defendants in the Georgia case include those charged with making false statements and filing false documents.  If Willis or Wade has now done so, the political and legal impact on the case could be devastating.

READ - There was a notable filing in the ongoing scandal in Georgia over the intimate relationship between Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis and her subordinate special prosecutor Nathan J. Wade. Defense lawyer, Ashleigh Merchant, claims to have an affidavit that Willis lied about when the relationship began — a critical fact in her defense against ethical allegations.
BREAKING: A military officer detailed to VP Biden's staff was so disturbed by the reckless handling of classified materials in Biden's office that in late 2016 he wrote a "For the Record" memo protesting Biden taking home classified material to write his book: "I do not agree"

A Texas woman accused of making death threats against the judge presiding over former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case was sentenced Friday to three years in prison.

Tiffani Shea Gish, of Houston, was sentenced to 37 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release, the Justice Department said in a news release.

“Holding Tiffani Gish accountable for her threats to assassinate a federal judge sends a strong message that we have no tolerance for those — who often hide behind a far-off keyboard or phone line — seeking to undermine our democratic institutions by threatening the safety of the people who help those same institutions thrive,” U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani said in a statement.

Kamala Harris needs to lead the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment.

This is beyond politics.
This is about our country.

It is clear that Joe Biden does not have the mental capabilities to be our commander in chief.

Will the cabinet be loyal to Joe Biden or the United States?
