Novavax, a pharmaceutical company that developed a Covid vaccine, has agreed to settle a Class Action lawsuit and establish a $47,000,000 fund to repay investors that were allegedly defrauded by Novavax.

The Securities Class Action lawsuit, originally filed in 2021, alleges that Novavax knowingly made false statements regarding its capacity and competency to produce a Coronavirus vaccine, and its ability to commercialize and scale the vaccine. The class action lawsuit also alleges that Novavax deceived investors by overstating its ability to achieve regulatory approval in time to be commercially viable, most notably approval from the FDA.

President Trump’s lawyers have launched a barrage of motions to have the charges dismissed on constitutional grounds, statutory grounds, due to presidential immunity, and for malicious prosecution. While some of the claims are weak at best, others appear persuasive, according to the experts.

In practice, however, President Trump’s arguments will need to convince his judge, the appeals court, or, in the final instance, the Supreme Court.

The experts predict that the District of Columbia federal judge on the case, Tanya Chutkan, will almost certainly deny all the motions to dismiss. On Dec. 1, she indeed denied about half of them. They also acknowledged that the arguments would likely encounter resistance in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, given its political leanings.

President Trump’s best chance will be in the Supreme Court, they contend.

Leaving aside your usual rhetoric about how most mainstream polls are fake and gay (they are,) it's still useful to engage with them for the same reason the Deep State deploys them: mass psychological programming.

Lately, MAJOR pollsters have not only been reporting on Biden's hemorrhaging support, but in Trump's surging support to the contrary.

What's more interesting to me than the headlines, however, is the fact that these outlets (Narrative setters, the lot of them,) are being allowed to move forward with them in the current climate.

To me, this suggests that Anon theories about 'change of batter' strategies could be apt, which is why many of us have advanced the logic that Biden being the DNC nominee in 2024 will ironically be one of the most sure signs of patriot control than anything else, as the Establishment is turning on him with force and gusto.

Additionally, the key term the latest polls have keyed in on is, 'Bidenomics,' as a misstep.

Operation Warp Speed continues.

Some additional tidbits to come out of the latest polling data, which is a bit of a stinger for the Con Inc. Doom brigade, is the fact that polling demonstrates CLEARLY that the addition of any third-party candidate into the prospective race leeches support from Biden, while WIDENING the gap between him and Trump.

Just as many of us have been saying.

Candidates like RFK Jr. joining the race are visiting catastrophic net effects onto the Establishment candidate, which is why said Establishment seems so desperate to replace Biden and why they're wielding many of the same lawfare and narrative disruption tools they've deployed against both Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

In fact, the brains (and more importantly, the money) behind the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) and Media Matters for America have also been attacking RFK Jr. in the mainstream, attempting to get him de-platformed and marked with the same pick-your-controversy scarlet letter as the rest.

They're afraid.

Personally, I think Alex Jones is a mis/dis/mal-info DS asset who leads people out of one Matrix of Falsehoods and Half Truths and right into another one.

Still, I support his Twitter/X acct being reinstated and I think it is a harbinger that more unjustly removed accounts will also be reinstated soon.
