You know what I realized about this community?
People here love YouTube. So do I. All of these channels post interesting videos on tech, science, career, songs, people building amazing stuff and so much more.
I built this so it can be a catalog of interesting videos. Every time these creators post it will be saved here. I have scraped previous posts of some of these channels and will gradually do for the remaining ones as well.
I learnt a bunch from this one. Hope it solves your what to watch problem.

Hey, I’m Daggy. 25. Software Engineer. Music Nerd. Jazz piano major at MYS.
I build mobile apps (mostly React Native), think a lot about software, and even more about sound.
If you’ve ever used Abay Bank or Dashen Bank apps, teleTV, Meda, Dome App, or cashGO, there’s a good chance you’ve run into code I wrote.. sometimes tested, sometimes.. let’s just say creative.
This is a space where I drop thoughts, reflections, and things I notice while building, learning, and living through code and music.
Some posts will be technical, others will be philosophical. Sometimes it’ll be both.
If that mix makes sense to you, welcome 🎉.

This is a good friend of mine. I got to know and work closely with him during my time at university. You’d appreciate his philosophical outlook, he’s someone who takes initiative and even founded a tech community at our university, which was one of the highlights of my years there. His passion for music speaks for itself. He’s an interesting and hardworking person, you’d definitely benefit from joining his channel [@daglyph].

Yoooooooooo :))))
So, I finished this today. It was a bit emotional for me, especially the last pages. I related to her in so many ways, one being her spiritual journey, which is something I struggle with from time to time and am still working on. The second is her obsession with the idea of love ( a love that wasn’t from God ). Anyway, there’s so much more I could say, but I’ll keep it to myself for personal reasons. I just want to admire her strength, courage, and sense of freedom. I truly believe there will be people who grow closer to God through her book ( me being one ).
I love memoirs. They always remind me to be kind somehow, because we never really know what someone is going through. Through a memoir, we get to see a person’s life through their own eyes, to feel their emotions, and it reminds us how human they are too. We often put these people on a pedestal and forget that they’re human as well; we idolize them. (She also brushes upon this as well, referring to her past self as የአደባባይዋ ዘሪቱ, her ጣዖት ). These are the stories we get to read, but there are far heavier, untold ones behind closed doors, so be kind.
P.S this is not a review

I kid you not, the day I saw this post, I saw a dream where I was talking to a Wild boar
Anyway ever wonder why O'Reilly books have animals on them
A short history of the O’Reilly animals
TL;DR: In the mid-1980s, O’Reilly Media wanted to give their plain Unix “Nutshell” handbooks more character, so they hired then-freelance designer Edie Freedman. She paired 19th-century animal engravings with the odd-sounding Unix terms, explaining, “I had heard of Unix, but I had a very hazy idea of what it was... Even the terms associated with Unix — vi, sed and awk, uucp, lex, yacc, curses — sounded to me like words that might come out of Dungeons and Dragons.” The unusual mix of quirky animals and technical jargon caught on, turning into O’Reilly’s signature book design.

My little brother: hello Ruth ( yeah he is a very civil person, mind you he's only 8 ), what is pocket money
Me: it's a money that is mostly used for daily or minor expenses
Little brother: what if I had money, and then I put it in my pocket, would it be pocket money
Me: sure bruh, whatever you say
But dude is the coolest person I've ever known
