Well growing up it was either medicine or software engineering for me, well medicine because I am habesha and I have habesha parents and software engineering because well I saw the movie 'The intern' not sure about the title tho, to summerize the movie two old dudes got in internship opportunity at google and I fell in love how the office looked like and wanted to get into Google since then, but mind you this was in highschool probably 9th grade but I didn't code untill 2 semester of freshman year, after first semester we got to choose departments but then I already have learned fundamental of programming I and decided I will be joining software engineering also I think it's fits me I guess cause I am more of a math person compared to medicine

Well I actually don't think am qualified enough to answer this, because I personally believe that the project you build should solve a problem and you need to have an eye for that, you can start from solving your own problems them scale up from that and honestly I think I have a long way to go from here, and as for time I committed to it I used to do more side projects back in uni but it's kinda hard to do one now
I contributed to API hub before native chat, tried to contribute to DBpedia to apply to Google summer of code but things didn't go as planned, there is also bulive from the one and only @ragoose_dumps
I don't think I am nice actually, am just human and I try to live my life with as much as little guilt as possible, I believe the human nature is kind it's our upbringing and society that shaped us in a selfish way and I just try to unlearn that, but I still believe there are days I might be selfish

peace is doing what feels right without second guessing yourself the entire time. It’s making a decision and not spiraling afterward. Not because you’re sure of the outcome, but because you’re finally okay with not chasing approval for every step you take.
@thechillcodinglounge: Keep in mind that your peace should not trample on another. In my humble opinion
