Trying to imagine the meeting they had when they decide to go with the liquid glass design, I mean personally I do not like it, but then who am I to judge, not even an iphone user :)

But then again… Clear is so awful #WWDC25
Should we give it six months to see this design everywhere?

JUST GOT ABSOLUTELY ROASTED (AND LOVED IT)
Ever built something for months just to realize... nobody wants it? :skull:
I just tried dontbuildthis.com and WOW. This AI doesn't sugarcoat ANYTHING.
You drop your "genius" startup idea, and their AI absolutely destroys it with brutal honesty. Think Simon Cowell met a VC rejection letter and had a baby.
Here's actually why I liked it
Pre-MVP reality check - saves you months of delusion
Weighted scoring system - not just random roasts, actual logic
Only ~15% get survival badges - rarer than good code comments
Zero bias - the AI doesn't care about your feelings OR your LinkedIn connections
Got absolutely demolished but the feedback was chef's kiss EXACTLY what I needed to hear. Made me laser-focus on what actually matters instead of chasing shiny objects.
The brutal truth? Most of our ideas ARE trash (including mine :smiling_face_with_tear:). But the ones that survive this roasting? Those might actually be worth building.
Ready to get humbled? 👉 dontbuildthis.com

🌟 Ready to Level Up Your DSA Game? 🌟

A while back, I had this dream of forming a team to tackle Data Structures & Algorithms together.

Fast forward to now—it’s not just me anymore!
I’ve teamed up with two brilliant friends, Ruth and Sifen, and in collaboration with Blue Nile Dev, we’re launching something bigger: a full-on community to learn and grow through DSA 🌱

We’ve crafted a curated roadmap that’s perfect for beginners and intermediates, and we’re so excited to get started. Whether you're just setting out or sharpening your skills—we’ve got you.
👉 All you need to do is register, and we’ll group you based on your level. Let’s build, solve, and support each other all the way!

I love how they explain the reasoning behind every implementation also brushing up on best practices, my favorite sections were on clean architecture and folder structure, maybe because I’m a system design and architecture junkie.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to go further with Flutter, cause there is more to come. Also, check out the YouTube trailer, I mean, DAMN.

Visit their website to enroll.

Thank you, Kal and Nati, for this incredible course. THANK YOU!

hmmmm 👀

what's happening ??

going through the comment here: https://downdetector.com

Crazy how many services use cloudflare, Cloudflare account dashboard and several proprietary sites are all unreachable, getting blocked by what looks like a bot detection/captcha page.

Architectural Patterns in Flutter: Clean Architecture vs MVC vs MVVM

> Clean Architecture
: inspired by Uncle Bob, separates the app into distinct layers:

- Presentation: UI and state management
- Application (Use Cases): Business logic specific to application flows
- Domain: Core entities and repository interfaces (abstract contracts)
- Data: API, database, and repository implementations

> Model-View-Controller (MVC): An architecture pattern that divides the app into:

- Model: Manages the data and business logic
- View: UI layer that displays data
- Controller: Handles user input, updates the model, and refreshes the view

> Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM): improves upon MVC by using a ViewModel to act as a communication bridge

- Model: The data and business logic (often from DB or API)
- ViewModel: Processes data and business logic before exposing it to the view
- View: Displays data and forwards user interactions to ViewModel
