To the Women Here

There are seasons within us.
And those seasons shift everything.
Sometimes we fall so deep we forget our light.
We feel unmotivated, overwhelmed, even lost.

But that doesn’t mean we’re broken.
It means we’re cycling.

I bloom like spring,
burn like summer,
shed like autumn,
and rest like winter.

This is our rhythm our biology, not our flaw.
Yet society teaches us to hide it.
To feel guilty for slowing down.
To take every mood, every shift, as something personal.

But you don’t have to.
You don’t have to blame yourself.
You just have to understand your cycle.

Learn it. Track it. Honor it.
Let it guide your energy, not destroy your self-worth.

We are not made to be the same every day.
We are not broken we are women in motion.
And still, every time we fall…
we rise.
