So I had the most amazing week, and I just wanna recap it here. Honestly, the week started off a bit exhausting β maybe I ate too much for Easter, who knows?, It was a week full of emotions, so much happening β probably stories for another time.
It was also a week where I really felt connected to God. I could see His presence in my life, blessing me every single day.
Anyway, getting to one of the highlights of the week β the Christian Developers Meetup. It was nothing short of incredible! It made me realize how much my soul had been missing that connection with her Creator. It reminded me that I'm nothing on my own β I need His mercy and grace every day.
And on top of all that, I got to meet and talk to
- Ragoose Dumps
- Baka
- Eyuel
- Eyosi
- Mira
- Aksel's memo
- Me says
- Natyiu
honestly, just amazing people. So lovely to be around. And let me just confirm here β Bakaβs energy is top tier.
Now onto my Saturday β I went to the Redefine Possible event organized by WTM Ethiopia. Such an inspiring event, even though I showed up late.
Mystery Writer actually wrote about the details in her recent post, so go check that out!
Also, meeting and talking to her was definitely one of the highlights of my week. She's such a passionate and hardworking girl β she studies pharmacy and also codes. Like, she started coding back in 9th grade, I swear to God, people like her inspire me beyond words. Go check out her channel β she has so much to offer.

Leveraging the Gebeta Maps API, Natnael developed a mobile app that empowers Ethiopian commuters to easily locate and navigate traditional bus and taxi routes. Check out his Github for more.

Introducing: shadcn-remover CLI
A simple, powerful, and user-friendly CLI tool to efficiently remove Shadcn UI components from your project.
While working on a Next.js project with Shadcn, I added a lot of UI components. Later wanted to remove some of them, I realized there was no easy way to do it.
I checked the official Shadcn docs, browsed through their GitHub repo, and even Googled around β but found no dedicated command or simple solution. Manual deletion was the only option.
Thatβs when the idea hit me: Why not build a tool for that? β and shadcn-remover CLI was born.
It automates the cleanup process and comes packed with useful features.
By default, it expects your Shadcn UI components to be located at src/components/ui/ (the standard Shadcn structure in Next.jsV13++).
Check out the full feature list on the GitHub repo and the package README.
Your support through stars and shares is greatly appreciated!
Thanks for using and sharing the shadcn-remover CLI!
