Vallejo, California. A surveillance camera on a car captured the moments when a woman was robbed while loading groceries into her car at a Costco.

Police said two minors and a mother were arrested in connection with this incident.

They said that the pair robbed another woman the same way in another parking lot two miles away about an hour later.
