= Markets entirely uncertain that $BTC will successfully break through $68k
Remember that past peaks were also characterized by $BTC surging, while others like $SOL just “ignore” $BTC’s surge and stay flat
Had started to create concrete code that could measure this, and further test its predictive power, think I’ll finish that later.
