Then they describe a second type of “syndicate.”

According to the source, managers and their subordinates become partners in grocery stores and restaurants, particularly around Dallas and Austin. They rotate responsibilities so one of them is always at the business, creating another source of income outside their corporate jobs.

We’re constantly told H-1B is about hiring the “best and brightest” and the “most qualified.”
