Grounding Attack
In principle, it is physically possible to perfectly change someone’s sex/gender.
Problem is, that current medical science is nowhere near that, and won’t be any time soon.
This illustrates one of the MOST frequently used manipulation techniques of the left.
What I’d call, the “Grounding Attack”
= Huge body of actually valid reasoning, that in principle would be totally valid, if only a tiny unstated set of base assumptions, which should ground everything else to reality, were true — which in principle they could be, based on the limited information an NPC knows — But in reality those base assumptions are horribly wrong, invalidating everything built upon them
= 99% of what they say is logically right, in principle, if the base assumptions were right, but they’re not, so instead it’s all 99% wrong.
Very effective at fooling NPCs — who just spot check a few pieces of the reasoning, see that they’re all perfectly logically-valid in principle, and then assume the rest must be too, failing to care or realize that the base assumptions are dead wrong, invalidating everything else.

Redirecting the NPCs attention toward the well-built house, instead of the disastrous sand foundation.
Same attack can be seen EVERYWHERE on the left:
SAND: Medical science could in principle do gender reassignment extremely well, and even flip back and forth with essentially zero side effects (But in reality not true at all!)
HOUSE: So let’s let kids do gender-reassignment surgery, no problem.
Or,
SAND: All humans have equal innate potential for all tasks, i.e. all nurture no nature
HOUSE: And so we should expect equality of outcome, and if that doesn’t happen then we should force it to happen with forced wealth redistribution and quotas, all the way into communism.
Or
SAND: Good and honest majority assumption. There may be some bad people, but the solution to that is just to add more people into all decision processes, under the assumption that the majority are good
HOUSE: Democracy for everything! Wait, why is everyone immediately voting to redistribute all wealth in the most zero-sum destructive way imaginable? Why everything immediately collapsing?
Grounding attack — Everything logically-correct in principle, except for the tiny world model assumptions at the bottom, which are horribly wrong.
They attack right at that tiny piece at the foundation, grounding the rest of the deductions to reality.

— 99%+ of their claims may be RIGHT, in isolation, despite the consequences of their arguments being 100% WRONG, and not just wrong in a repairable way, but irreparably wrong
