Minutes later, Cramer tweeted "Intel's the one."

The stock immediately reversed, crashing 9% and erasing the entire move. It's now down about 15% from that after-hours high.

This isn't the first time. Just two weeks earlier, Cramer told a caller to buy IBM on air, calling it "terrific." The next day, IBM fell 25%, the worst single-day drop in the company's 100+ year history.

Years earlier, Cramer repeatedly told viewers to buy Meta. The stock then plummeted 24% to a 6-year low, and he apologized on air, saying, "I made a mistake here."

There's even an ETF built entirely around betting against his calls.

What Shiloh Hendrix's lawyer is reporting here is extremely alarming.

The judge repeatedly left the bench, interrupted him, or talked over him every time he tried to make a record.

The fact that it happened over and over suggests that she understood he was trying to preserve an appellate issue and she didn't want him to create a detailed record about what evidence she had excluded and why the defence believed those rulings were wrong. Once or twice would be one thing, but when it happened every time, it comes across like she was trying to systematically prevent the defence from creating the paper trail that would be needed to challenge those rulings on appeal.

This story is actually insane. The police picked up a 16 yr old girl that was kidnapped by Omar (the guy Shiloh Hendrix insulted) and his brother at a gas station. They raped her for two days. She was found "sleep-deprived, dehydrated, and had not eaten recently" according to the nurse that examined her.

They found her glasses in their trailer. She identified them perfectly in a lineup.

Then, in the middle of the case, prosecutors discretely dropped charges with no explanation and no oversight. "In the interest of justice," they said.

This was just one month before the Shiloh Hendrix incident. During the Shiloh Hendrix trial, we find out that Omar's son, who is actually 9 even though it was claimed he was 5, already wears a ankle monitor because his father lets him wander off and steal things. As is expected, the father has faced no consequences for this.
