Nearly all of the anti-communist engineers that once filled these fields in the US are nearly all gone, or swamped for pro-communist masses of DEI hires.
Today it’s largely sex-based or race-based, but much like in the past, it’s not really about sex or race, but rather who is more likely to be loyal to their communist cause.
