BREAKING: Hugging Face, the world's largest open-source AI platform, had to use a Chinese AI model to defend against the OpenAI hack.

US frontier models refused to help with forensic analysis because their safety guardrails couldn't tell the difference between the attacker and the defense team.

Hugging Face fell back on China's GLM 5.2 running on its own servers to complete the investigation.

A smaller piece of every US Dollar earned in the economy is going to workers:

The proportion of wages and salaries in US gross domestic income (GDI) is down to ~43%, near the lowest since records began in 1929.

Gross domestic income measures the total income earned across the economy, including wages, corporate profits, and investment income.

This metric has been in a long-term decline since peaking at ~52% in the 1940s.

By comparison, between the 1940s and the 1960s, this percentage never fell below 48%.

In other words, a larger proportion of economic income is now flowing to corporate profits and investment income, rather than pay workers.

The gap between corporate profits and labor income keeps widening.

Trump has formally APPROVED the landmark nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia, opening the door to enrichment on Saudi soil.

-The 30-year accord gives the kingdom a civilian nuclear program worth tens of billions, with American companies granted the central role and foreign competitors shut out

-The key provision: U.S. firms would BUILD a uranium enrichment facility in Saudi Arabia if a joint U.S.-Saudi study deems it warranted, with the administration arguing American involvement is itself the safeguard against military misuse

-Congress gets the deal within days, but blocking it requires a joint resolution and a two-thirds veto-proof majority, a bar that makes rejection nearly impossible

-Energy Secretary Chris Wright signs TOMORROW with Saudi counterpart Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman

-It formalizes the CNN-reported tentative agreement that lacked Additional Protocol safeguards, and lands mid-war: eleven straight nights of strikes on Iran over the exact capability being gifted to its rival

The signature completes the war's starkest contradiction.

America is bombing one Gulf power nightly to strip it of enrichment while contracting to build the capability for the other, and the kingdom that vowed to seek nukes if Iran gets them just secured its runway with a veto-proof path through Congress.

Tehran's hardliners now hold their best exhibit for why surrendering the "nuclear dust" means permanent inferiority...
