Muhammad Usama, a 28-year-old Pakistani national living in Omagh in Northern Ireland has been charged with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 at Omagh Leisure Centre, a popular community facility where families bring children for swimming and sports.
He also faces charges of taking an indecent photograph of a child and using indecent behavior in a public place. The alleged offenses are said to have occurred on July 8th.
Appearing before Dungannon Magistrates' Court, Usama denied the allegations, telling the court: "I understand but I am definitely not guilty."
District Judge Barney McElhome revoked Usama's existing bail on unrelated matters due to the seriousness of the new charges.
