Cyclospora is a microscopic intestinal parasite that causes diarrhea, stomach cramps, bloating and gas, and if left untreated can last a month (!!!) or longer.
The most likely culprits are fresh produce, specifically basil, cilantro, mesclun lettuce, raspberries, and snow peas, often imported and contaminated at the source.
