Man arrested after filming himself doing drive-by shootings with a 'high-powered, motorized' water gun.

34-year-old Christopher Cayce was arrested by the Houston Police Department and charged with two counts of assault with bodily injury. Police said Cayce specifically targeted multiple people who are disabled and homeless, spraying them with the water gun while taunting them.
