Authoritarian systems love to use women because of their greater conformity to authority and their higher agreeableness. This is why the Nazis recruited an outsized number of women in various roles, from secretarial positions condemning victims to the camps, or as camp guards who inflicted horrific torture on the inmates.
The same things were seen in Soviet women in NKVD roles, or the female Red Guards during China's Cultural Revolution.
Women are more responsive to ideological framing and collective duty than men, with lower rates of rebellion and rule-breaking. Ideology becomes part of their duty and loyalty to the system.
One of the domains that female authroitarians excel in is psychological and emotional warfare, gaslighting, lying, and manipulation to get people to confess or say something that creates a justification for arrest... the typical "mean girl" dynamic weaponized for law enforcement.
In the Nazi Prison system, it also escalated to routine physical and sexual abuse by the female guards, with guards such as Irma Grese seen visibly aroused in the process.
Obviously, men are just as capable of physical abuse, but when it comes to emotional and mental abuse, women excel in it, bar none. This is why female interrogators, prosecutors, etc can be especially damaging, as the sadistic kind can enforce rules arbitrarily, disregard the spirit of the law, and nail people just for the sport of it.
Only a minority of women choose to become police officers or part of the enforcement arm. Most are decent officers in general... but a visible number of them are seen quite often, even in the UK, engaging in abusive behavior against innocent victims because "they can".
People think it's just because women are more about wanting to not be called "racist," etc. Sure, for many of them that can really be it. But for many others, the sport of it is their reason for the 2 tier justice.
Because for some, degrading and humiliating people is fun. Watching an innocent person's face as they feel like they are being betrayed gets them off. That feeling when they can dash their hopes after dangling a false way out... makes them feel happy.
Women being the fairer sex? Nope!
They are just as capable of evil as men, just with a different flavor.

A Gypsy mother, speaking in the Andalusian dialect, appeared in a viral clip as she offered her 20-year-old daughter for "sale" (marriage), and said about her with great pride:
"This is my daughter... she's 20 years old.
Her virginity is preserved, and no one has touched her.
She has kept herself just as her mother gave birth to her, pure and chaste.
And no one can criticize her or speak ill of her."

NEW: 11-year-old boy saves an adult man from drowning in an apartment complex pool.
Avory Woolery is being credited for helping save the man who was later rushed to the hospital in serious condition.
"There was this man in the pool, like unconscious underwater, almost shaking, maybe, and my adrenaline kicked in," Woolery said.
"I went underwater, I grabbed him up, his friend, I believe, put him on the floor and started doing CPR on him..."
"There is no way that I was going to let another man die today. He is a human being; he should be treated as such."
Hero.
