not black dudes — simply extremely few of those have been added to these middle management positions

not indian dudes — if anything apparently they’re much more serving their own causes, rather than so much the communist causes

not hispanic dudes — they’re also just not the ones filling these middle management positions

It’s women, objectively.

A particular type of women.

Huge numbers of communist women put into these middle management positions of power.

The most useless ones who’d never otherwise be gaining such power if not for their demonstrated loyalty to the communist causes.

These are among the best workhorses for the cause.

Some will scream “debooonked, zero evidence”, as if the evidence wasn’t overwhelming, clear to see with one’s own eyes.
