The CEO of Krafton (creator of PUBG) asked ChatGPT to create a "corporate takeover strategy" to prevent a company they acquired from hitting a revenue target within a certain time window (which would trigger an additional payout).
ChatGPT (against his lawyer's advice) suggested locking down the acquired companies Steam account to prevent them from publishing Subnautica 2 in the time window, which the CEO of Krafton followed.
ChatGPT's advice did not hold up at trial and the judge was not happy. The opinion is a wild read and includes several direct quotes from the Krafton CEO's ChatGPT conversation.
I feel like it's gonna take a few more high profile examples like this until executives start realizing that conversations with ChatGPT are not privileged and you probably shouldn't describe your questionably legal schemes to them in detail!

Americans have never been this pessimistic about their financial situation:
A record 54% of US consumers no say their financial situation is worse compared to a year ago due to higher prices.
This has risen +900% since 2021.
Currently, more Americans believe higher prices have worsened their financial situation than at the height of the 2008 Financial Crisis.
The percentage is even higher than in the 1970s and the 1980s, when the official CPI inflation rate exceeded 10%.
Furthermore, US consumers are now expecting inflation to rise +4.8% over the next year, the highest reading since June 2025.
Inflation is far from gone.

Literally the only reason we even have things like minimum wage, a 5-day workweek and workers rights is because during the industrial revolution workers revolted, burned down factories and dragged out business owners demanding basic rights/fair payβsomething CEOs have forgotten

Without elonmusk buying X, we would have no freedom to tell and show the world what Ireland has been through over the past week
Without social media, people would be spoon fed State-run propaganda, showing only the governmentβs side.
Instead, millions of people around the world have seen that the Irish are fighting back and that Ireland is rising

NEW: Oklahoma high school principal seen charging at and disarming a school shooter in footage obtained by SHumphreyTV.
Pauls Valley High School Principal Kirk Moore is being called a hero after getting shot while stopping a school shooter.
The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Victor Hawkins, was a former student who said he wanted to shoot up the school βlike the Columbine shooters did.β
While taking down the shooter, Moore was shot in the leg. He is expected to recover and says he is looking forward to returning to work as soon as possible.
"I look forward to returning to work as soon as possible so that I may continue my lifeβs work educating the next generation of Oklahoma leaders. Until then, my thoughts are with our outstanding students, safe today in the arms of their families and friends," he said.
Hero!
