The Turkish origin man (19) executed the police officer with 17 shots and was convicted only of aggravated robbery. He had suffered from massive fear during his escape after a gas station robbery.

According to the judge, these fell in a state of guilt. The defendant had been possessed by massive fear during the police operation as a result of his paranoid schizophrenia. He does not go to prison; he is committed to a psychiatric facility.
