Our World in Data updated the inflation by goods category picture through 2025.

College prices have gone up the most. Fairly unregulated television? Real prices are way down.

The hidden cost of this war is being written in insurance premiums...

War-risk coverage for Gulf real estate jumped from under 1% to 8% of a property's value.

That means insuring a $100 million building went from under $1 million to $8 million overnight.

Most Gulf businesses dropped war coverage years ago because the region was supposed to be safe.

Over 1,000 ships are stranded.

20+ vessels have been hit or nearly hit.

Emirates fought with its insurers over premium hikes after a plane was damaged at Dubai airport.

And the few ships brave enough to transit Hormuz are mostly shadow fleet tankers that insurers can't legally cover anyway because of sanctions.

The real wave hasn't even hit yet.

Maritime lawyers are predicting years of litigation.

Multinationals outside the Gulf are now buying terrorism insurance because they're afraid the conflict spreads to Western cities.

This war will be fought in courtrooms long after the last missile falls.

Rachel Wilson explains that women were used to pass the income tax, establish the Federal Reserve and open our immigration system

β€œWhy do I think women shouldn't vote? If women didn't vote anymore:

We would never have another Democrat president. We would never have another Democrat senate, and we would never have another Democrat Congress.

β€” So that's one of the reasons that because of the values I hold, which are actually a lot more conservative, even though I don't like the term, I'm a patriarchist, I'm an Orthodox Christian β€” But if we care about the things we say we care about, like small government letting women vote ensures you will never have that again.

The reason the 19th Amendment was passed was because the progressive-era liberals wanted to pass the income tax. They anted to pass the Federal Reserve Act. They wanted a nanny state with welfare, and they wanted pro-immigration open borders, and they knew that if you only let men vote, you're never gonna get that agenda passed.

The whole progressive agenda would've never been passed without women voting the next. If what you care about is keeping this conservative agenda that you say you want for us and the the social and fiscal conservatism, the fastest way to ensure that you never get that pass is letting women vote”

β€œThat is factually correct. That is factually correct because most women vote left-wing.”

The Australian Greens actually have no idea.

When I wanted to get a rental last year I had to apply for 70 different places.

There were countless times where I would show up to an inspection only to see hundreds of people lined up around the block, most of whom were international students or migrants who had arrived just months prior.

The fundamental core problem is that if you have 100 homes and 1000 people compete for those 100 homes, the price will go up.

We’ve added 10% to our national population in just 5 years through mass migration.

Can somebody explain to me how TAKING ON DA BILLIONAIRES is supposed to resolve this basic problem of supply and demand?

GOOGLE SAYS A QUANTUM ATTACK ON BITCOIN TAKES JUST 9 MINS WITH A 41% SUCCESS RATE

Google's quantum team now says cracking Bitcoin may require less than 500K qubits, far below the β€œmillions” once assumed.

Research suggests an attack could take 9mins, faster than a typical 10-min block confirmation, giving a 41% success rate.

Google now flags 2029 as a key deadline to upgrade Bitcoin’s cryptography before quantum becomes a real threat.
