22-year-old arrested for allegedly raping a 94-year-old woman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Jeremiah Taylor is accused of carrying out the horrendous act.

During a press conference, Police Chief TJ Morse was visibly irritated as he explained how Taylor was previously arrested for r*pe, burglary, and unauthorized entry.
