IDF: NO GROUND INVASION OF IRAN FOR NOW
Israel Defense Forces spokesperson Lt. Col. Nadav Shoshani says the current campaign against Iran is strictly an air war, though other scenarios canβt be ruled out if the conflict escalates.
He says Israeli and U.S. strikes have already reduced Iranβs missile fire dramatically by destroying launchers before they can be used.

U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff spoke this morning on CNBC about Russiaβs involvement in the ongoing conflict in the Middle East with Iran:
Reporter: βDo we think that the Russians have shared intelligence about the location of U.S. military assets? And if they have, why would we be giving waivers on Russian oil sanctions?β
Witkoff: βWell, I'm not an intel officer, so I can't tell you. I can tell you that yesterday on the call with the President, the Russians said that they have not been sharing. That's what they said. So, you know, we can take them at their word, but they did say that. And yesterday morning, independently, Jared and I had a call with Ushakov, who reiterated the same. So... I, you know, that's a better question for the intel people, but let's hope that they're not sharing.β

Mass deportations is literally the top issue for many of us.
This will crush voter turnout for the Republicans if they are walking away from deportations.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:
The claim that Iran was planning on attacking the U.S. or U.S. Forces, whether preventively or preemptively, is a sheer and utter lie.
The sole purpose of that lie is to justify Operation Epic Mistake, a misadventure engineered by Israel and paid for by ordinary Americans.

MINES IN THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ COULD PARALYZE GLOBAL OIL
CNN says that Iran may have begun mining the Strait of Hormuz, one of the worldβs most critical shipping corridors.
Naval mines are extremely effective because you donβt need many to shut down traffic, insurers and shipping companies simply refuse to risk sending tankers through.
Iran is believed to have thousands of naval mines and can deploy them quickly using small boats, submarines, or even disguised civilian vessels.
The real problem comes after: clearing mines is slow, dangerous work, and even after a war ends it could take weeks to reopen the strait, keeping global oil flows disrupted.
